  3. Tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm via OTP verification to complete deletion instantly

  • Your user profile, full name, phone number, and account credentials
  • Saved delivery addresses and location preferences
  • FCM notification tokens and device association records
  • Customer profile document in Cloud Firestore

📋 Data Retention Policy: As required under Indian financial regulations, past invoice/order transaction records may be retained for up to 3 years strictly for accounting, legal, and tax audit compliance. This retained data is isolated and cannot be used for marketing or operational purposes.
